All new registrations, for the first 150 athletes, will receive a pair of these Aquasphere Fast Lane goggles which retail for $26.99, courtesy of the Fundy Sports Store.
Race Briefing - will be online in the week of the race.
Swim - 250m swim in a modified format or 400m if we are unrestricted - please train for 400m.
Bike - 20k exactly the same as previous years.
Run - 5k run on an out and back route.
IMPORTANT NOTE - all athletes, volunteers, race crew and officials MUST respect any and all policies and procedures required to have a safe and healthy event. This may include wearing a mask & social distancing while in the field of play except when racing. If you have a medical condition where you are unable to wear a mask for a health reason you must submit a doctors note to the Race Director at least 7 days prior to race day - garth39@fastmail.fm
No refunds will be issued if you register and cannot compete due to an extension of Govt restrictions.
Race Information- Details of race information will be e-mailed to every athlete 10 days prior to the race along with a link to our online race briefing.
Welcome to our 13th Hampton Ladies Triathlon scheduled for Sunday August 29 2021 based in and around the Hampton Community Pool. If you have ever thought about registering for a Tri or a Duathlon in the past but were a little intimidated then this is the race for you. This could be your first opportunity to dip your toes in the world of Triathlon or Duathlon. Its a fun, no-pressure environment full of camaraderie, stories and excitement but also a competitive race for the faster ladies out there. Registration Options & Pricing:
Triathlon - 400m swim - 20k bike - 5k run = $79.00*
Triathlon Junior (14-15): 400m swim - 10k bike - 2.5k run = $49.00*
Duathlon - 2.5k run - 20k bike - 2.5k run = $79.00*
Swim will be 400m unless we are not in Phase 3 of the Path to Green. Final swim distance will be confirmed on race week.
